Terms of Service
Last updated: April 23, 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using SightlineSEO ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
SightlineSEO crawls publicly accessible URLs and Google Business listings you provide, builds a structured knowledge base from that content, and generates ready-to-publish page drafts optimized for traditional search, answer engines, and AI overviews. Drafts can be published to URLs hosted on our platform.
3. Free trial and billing
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. At the end of the 14 days, your subscription begins automatically and your card is charged the then-current monthly fee unless you cancel before the trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; access continues through the end of the current billing period.
4. Your content and your responsibilities
You represent that you own or have permission to use any URL, business listing, or brand information you submit. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated drafts before publishing and for ensuring published content complies with applicable laws, advertising standards, and the policies of any platform where you republish it.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to crawl websites you do not have permission to analyze, generate misleading or deceptive content, infringe intellectual property, or violate any law. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service.
6. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the content you submit and the drafts generated for your account. We retain ownership of the platform, software, and underlying technology.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic outcomes, or business results. SEO outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
